Utah Photo Locations: Big Springs Park, Provo Canyon

Moving back to Utah as a photographer has had so many benefits! Not only do I have the privilege of shooting in some of the most beautiful mountain landscapes in the Utah, I also get to reconnect with friends from my childhood!
When my long-time friend reached out for photos, I was so excited! We both have five boys and it was so fun to get to know her kids (who are pretty much almost all adults now!) Having that in common has been a fun link throughout the years. I had so much fun catching up with her and her family and wish it could have lasted longer!
She was also willing to drive from South Ogden to Provo where two of her kids are at BYU (another thing we have in common)! The drive up the canyon was filled with colorful leaves and fall was definitely in full swing.
Big Springs Park has so many beautiful areas, including this meadow with mountain views. You can also find bridges, a stream, and lots of trees, including Aspens, which are beautiful to use as a backdrop. Big Springs Park is one of my top ten photography locations in Provo.
